Overall
Our GPZ-61 automatic high-speed rotary tablet press is mainly used for production of tablets in the pharmaceutical industry. Its work mode is that various granular raw materials are pressed twice into tablets by a pair of pre-pressing wheels and a pair of main pressing wheels. The equipment adopts fully closed tablet pressing rooms to complete five procedures such as filling, metering, pre-pressing, main pressing and tablet discharging. The tablet press is completely controlled by the touch screen on the electric control cabinet.
Features
A The whole machine adopts servo control, with safe, stable and reliable running.
B The height of the main pressing wheel is adjustable to realize forming of different medicine powders and tablets of different hardness. Tablet pressing thickness, output, and etc. are displayed on the touch screen, and parameters are adjustable.
C The surfaces of the machine are smooth and clean with beautiful appearance. In addition, the working area has smooth surfaces without any dead zone, featured by easy observation and easy cleaning.
D The materials in the tablet pressing room that contact medicine powders are acid and alkali resistant stainless steel if they are metal materials, and are innoxious materials if they are nonmetal.
E The four transparent windows can be fully opened to eliminate obstacles during machine washing and facilitate the replacement of punching tools.
F The machine is sealed by four stainless steel doors stuck with multiporous materials. Various driving equipment is installed inside the machine, ensuring safety and reducing noise.
